The Kobra 240 S4 straight cut shredder features a maximum shred speed of 30 feet per minute in a small deskside machine. It cuts paper down to a secure 5/32" shred size with the added capability to shred credit cards. It has an automatic start/stop via photo cell and stand-by switch with indicator lights for one-handed paper shredding. The 240-S4 has a special safety feature that shuts the cutting heads off once the door is open. The 240 S4 paper sheddert comes equipped with the standard Kobra heavy-duty chain drive with steel gears and carbon hardened cutting knives that are unaffected by paper clips and staples. The shred bins space saving design gives the user manageable front access to the machine for convenience. An optional computer forms top shelf is available for continuous forms shredding.
