The HSM 104 SC strip cut shredder offers a moderate level of security with its 1/8" shred size for any office environment with secure document shredding needs. With its solid steel cutters, it quickly cuts up to 13 sheets of paper at a time, including paper clips and staples. Small amounts of credit cards, diskettes, and CD-ROMs may also pass through the powerful cutting system, though this machine is built to mostly handle paper. Features include reverse button to quickly release overfed or misguided paper, bag full and open door automatic indicators. The console cabinet rolls on casters, offering precise placement around the office.

All commercial shredders include a five warranty on the cutting assembly. Particle cut, cross cut and high security crosscut shredders require lubrication as directed in the Operator’s Manual. Failure to lubricate these systems will void the warranty. High Security Cross Cut Shredders: Cutting System Components are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for one (1) year. (Models 105.2hs, 125.2hs, 390.2hs, and 411.2hs). Level 5 and Level VI high security shredders cannot shred paperclips, staples, credit cards, CDRoms or floppy disks.
